We’re pleased to share that all roofs are now complete across the 50 townhomes at Goshawk Quarter. This is a significant milestone for the project and a key step forward as we move into the next phase of construction.
With every home now under roof, the development is fully weather protected, allowing internal and external works to progress with greater momentum through the coming months.
A visible turning point
Roof completion is always a major moment on site. It marks the transition from the structural build to the detailed work that brings each home to life, from external cladding and façade features to internal linings, cabinetry and finishes.
Across both Stage 1 and Stage 2, the rooflines now define the neighbourhood, giving a real sense of the scale and character of Goshawk Quarter.
Reaching roof completion across all 50 homes marks the point where the community begins to feel real.
Progress across both stages
Roof installation has now been completed across Stage 1 and Stage 2, with our construction partners continuing to maintain strong progress on site. The focus now shifts to external finishes, services, internal works and the many details that will make these homes ready for their future owners.
